FALVIAN ships orders to addresses across India.

Order processing

Orders are packed in our signature FALVIAN packaging and handed to our courier partner after payment is confirmed (or after confirmation for Cash on Delivery orders, where available).

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Metro cities are usually faster than remote areas. You will receive the courier name and tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or visit our Track Order page with your order number and billing email.

Delays and failed delivery

Delivery dates are estimates; weather, holidays or courier issues can cause delays. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after the courier’s attempts, the order may come back to us and re-shipping may be charged.

Damaged packages

If your package looks damaged on arrival, please take photos and contact us within the 7-day return window — see Returns & Exchange.
