Returns & Exchange

We want you to love your FALVIAN product. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

7-day return & exchange window

Return or size-exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• The product is unused, unworn and in its original condition
• All tags and the original FALVIAN packaging are included
• Belts have not been cut, punched or altered
• Products damaged through use or improper care are not eligible

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within the 7-day window with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any shipping charge.

How to request a return or exchange

• Contact us through our Contact Us page (or WhatsApp, if shown on the site) with your order number, the product and the reason
• We will confirm the return and share pickup or shipping instructions
• Pack the product securely in its original FALVIAN packaging

Refunds

Once the returned product reaches us and passes a quality check, we process the refund to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size you need is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
